What else should I do while dropping the engine?
I think they pretty well talking about all of them! Obviously inspect them and if they look great the just treat them with some ribbed protectant or something. Same with the clamps. You wouldn't want to replace them all as some of these little piece get expensive!
The vacuum hoses get brittle and crack/break over time. There are all kinds of colors for vacuum hose and can really dress up the engine bay while you are in there.

Guess it depends on whether u are doing yourself and how long you are willing to have the motor out and spend. I have tons of these little hoses and stuff available as well if you are looking.
