Wile Shifting too fast/engaging- Bang from the clutch?

So sometimes when I really am getting on the car and shifting I release the clutch too fast and I hear a bang noise especially when coming out of a low gear. Am I damaging the car?

I have an aftermarket race clutch, clutchmstr stg 3.

Thanks!!

Describe "Bang" noise.

Unlike paddle/auto cars, high powered 6speeds almost always make a pretty good bump when you shift hard and "Dump" through the gears. All that force is making contact at once.

If its literally more of a sound than a feeling though.. I have no idea.
