60-130 requests (Stock and Flashed 6-speeds)
Hey guys,
Im looking for stock and flashed 60-130 times for 6 speed cars. If you can also mention your mthod on the run (I.E. floored when and in what gear and how many shifts).
Thanks a million!!!!!

I always start in 3rd at 35-40mph..floor it, shift into 4th BEFORE you hit the limiter and run to redline in 4th...I have always netted my best times with this method. If you have a powerful car, traction will be your only enemy. Powerful cars tend to do 3 gear only or 4th gear only (obviously they also have greatly extended redlines to do this). My 996 hit 110-113mph at about 7000rpm in 3rd, 4th was about 133-135 if I recall? This was with 305/30-18's.
I did 5 runs today.
Run 1- started in second and required 2 shifts. (10.4 sec 60-130) My 2 - 3 shift was slow!
Run 2 - Kept it in 4th and required 0 shifts (10 sec flat 60-130)
Runs 3, 4 and 5- 3rd gear start and required one shift to 4th. All the runs netted a 9.9sec 60-130. At least I am consistent. lol
I don't know why but I feel this is slow for a tune + exhaust 996 Turbo. The temps are 41 degrees so it is nice and cold for the turbos.

Probably have traction issues...I don't recall what I ran with just a tune and exhaust..Might not have run that way? I would think mid 9's is average? I think 11's-12's is stock for a 996 turbo?
