yeah, the 360 is not exactly a torque monster and does need to be reved to get any meaningful torque. why not just buy a 2000 c2 cab and SC it. you'll probably be in it for $60k and will whip 360s.
btw, you can do quite a bit of your own "warranty" work for the $ difference, and you gotta admit it would be pretty funny nailing some of those miami poseurs with a sleeper cab
