Question Wing woes: Did I break a switch, or do I need to re-bleed?

Edit: For anyone who was following along, or finds this later, my problem was the upper switch position. I messed with it a few times and the problem cleared up.

(tl;dr - I bled my system because the wing was acting up, now I get a wing control error code)

New to me 2003 Turbo started to develop a wing problem when I swapped the oem wing for a larger carbon fiber piece.

The driver's side would come down ok, but the passenger side would lag, or get stuck. I attributed the problem to the weight of the new wing vs the old one.

I tried to clean inside the rams, but at this point when I try to unscrew the wing the little nut comes out of the bottom, instead of unlocking from the ram. Instead I cleaned the outside as best I could.

I also pulled apart the shroud and did the pump re-bleed procedure. Using some jumper cables hooked up to another car I drove the pump in and out till we could no longer see air bubbles, and then did a few more for good measure. Once everything was buttoned back up I again operated the wing using external power just to check for any binding or sticking.

Buttoned everything back up, and now she moves very smoothly, but I have another problem....

When I get to the top and try to come back down the car throws a wing error. If I clear the code I can cycle it down and up before it throws another code. Cycles smoothly and evenly.

Did I screw up one of the microswitches on the passenger side ram? The lower one stayed in place throughout the procedure, but the upper one kept popping out.

I also noticed that when trying to unplug my radiator fan the engine bay light started to work (I had assumed the bulb was out).

Is this fan wiring harness connected to the microswitch? Could I have some electrical issue here? Needs a new microswitch? Re-bleed again?

Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
