What is the max WHP OEM K24s can attain?
my 11.9 at 127mph with 2.03 60ft is hardly beating on it, rolling off the clutch...good shifts yes but lazy/easy off the line...leaky OE wastegate, running ~1.2 bar....pulls on my buddy's 549whp(uncorrected Mustang dyno) '11 5.0 S/C Stang...
no disrespect intended, but perhaps you are down on power..??
Will try to put mine on a known dyno, after tune/injectors/wastegates, in the Spring and see where it's at for sake of general knowledge.
Regards,

Regards,
re-read my post, Mustang=549whp, my GT2=???whp...Mustang weighs about 500lbs more...to pull steadily on Mustang should place GT2 around 500whp..
either way doesn't matter, always is someone faster, and that's ok...
good night!

Evoms even they said its not possible at 1.0 bar. Johnspeed dynoed his and made 505hp and my car at 1.2 bars made 506whp i understand if its at 1.2 bars but not at 1.0 bar.
530awhp on on stock k24?????? Agh i think anyone will tell you its not possible. You would be beating 18gs.

I don't think 530hp is possible on a 'AWD' dyno from what I have done and saw...IMO..
BUT anything could be possible with adders like race fuel/map + straight pipes + Nitrogen cooled intercoolers+ iced intake,etc.. Oh yes and a happy dyno to be on..Maybe new tuning tricks are out there for stock K24s?

I know when I had my X50 93 octane GIAC tune a while back ago, I was in constant contact with Andrew from GIAC to try to better my 505 rear wheel HP and all the other dyno numbers I got from the other dynos..He said I was right there where I should be back then.. He was a knowledgeable , straight up and gave a lot of good info to me..Great customer service from him..
Just think if you put 18g wheels in what would happen on that 530 AWD K24 car ?..LOL...GIAC didn't have and still doesn't have a 18g tune but I would liked to see that come out and even try there tune then..
Two K24's will flow about 670 hp's worth of air @ 0.8-1.0 bar boost (less if boost is higher, see the compressor map), it's the problem of the rest of the system if that flow can be used.
The optimal boost is around 1.1 bar, max flow being 34.2 lb/min, equalling about 325 hp / turbo. And that's still with 65% efficiency.
650 crankhp -15% loss = 552 hp...
More math: 600 hp / 3550 lbs should equate to 10.5 sec / 129 mph ½ mile.

Hey All, I have to say respect to all of this tons of info that a new member to the Porsche community gets just by reading a thread like that.
Unfortunately I had to leave with a broken heart after concluding that there is no way I will be making 500 AWHP with my 996 TT :-( sad for me.
The moods that I have and will start installing as from today are as the following:
4.5" 911 IC, stage 3 clutch master, forged DV, injectors, and a protomotive tune which the car has on right now in addition to a millteck exhaust that on the car no cats.
Should I go RW, I don't and i never drag my cars I Auto-x a lot and I like a happy a happy tail car but I'm not sure how the handling on the street will be.

If that were the case here,, there would be a lot of those numbers over the years and we wouldn't be here.. LOL.
Its good to share info,,,we all learn from it..

You seem like the crazy one. You said the most a K24 setup could make would be 440 awhp, and that's with supporting mods and 1.3 bar. Many disagree with you, including GIAC. They said "we can make 500+ awhp on our Mustang dyno" and shared a graph of a car making peak hp of 505 awhp. Then you claim they're saying 530 awhp, when they didn't. Then you say "those would beat 18g" but 18g cars typically make 550-600 whp from what I've seen.
You post a lot but it seems you don't spending enough time and effort reading and comprehending the information people are trying to share with you. My $0.02.

Completely Agree
Seeing is believing,,I would have to see it on an independent dyno....
