Airbag light on

Airbag light on

I just swapped my gt3 seats for factory seats. The airbag light is on now. Help!

Did you disconnect the battery when you made the swap...(which you must do)? You will need to clear the code (with PIWIS, PST2 or Durametric). If you have installed the GT3 seats properly you will be fine, if not or if the seat belt connector is "damaged" you will have to do further repairs.

Did you wire up the seat belt receptacle to the harness? There's a how-to writeup somewhere.

If you didn't you'll need wire them up properly and use a durametric to reset the light. (I had a light but not code - tried clearing the codes and the light went away)

Anyone in the md nova dc area have a computer that can reset my light?
