2005 996TT S - mint? Price?

I have a friend that has a mint 2005 (July 2005 build) 996 Turbo S that he is going to be selling. He has not advertised it anywhere yet. Car is triple black with yellow seatbelts, PCCB, X-50, UMW flash, PSS10 suspension, Stage 2 Sachs clutch, GT2 18x8.5x12 OEM factory wheels (one wheel has a light scuff on it), CCW C10 matte black forged powder coated wheels (300 miles since new), Pzero 235/40 315/30 tires. Car has right at 23K miles with about 2K miles since the clutch and PSS10s were put in. Car has NEVER seen the track. Clean car fax, no accidents. Strictly a weekend good weather car for him. He's wondering what the going price he should advertise it for should be.

Agree with the others... Perhaps price it at $59.9k and end up taking $55-$57k.
