put my 996TT on the rollers
Hi guys I'm smiling , but there is always story behind . Sunday morning dyno day , so I'm disconecting front diff , 15 minutes work and going to fill race gas exited to see the numbers , 14 gallons of 100 oct - wide open throttle - misfires
did couple more pulls they gone , but started to worried , went on the dyno ended up with 462 and 550 tq at the wheels
I knew something didn't worked right after talking to Markski we decided to change the plugs and coils , I changed them in my garage using stands thank to DIY provided by vividracing in 4 hours ,

could get it done quicker but I checked everything I could get to . pretty easy job , second time will be a lot easier , Denso double iridium gaped to 0.024 , put everything back together , started up , I didn't realized it was my car
so yestarday I went to dyno it again , but no rash this time, fans , logger , flasher (I tried different tunes)

couple pulls the numbers where constant 530 rwhp/550 ft on the rear wheels , but adventure is not over yet , I had a slight clutch slip and my oil pressure sender dead on the dyno . After talking to 911tuning Markski again we both think I have more room to play with timing and boost I hope for best , I know 911tuning can do it and max it out
Thanks man for you help !
I'm planning on going with South Band set up with aluminum flywheel made by AASCO , this set up capble of 690ft tq shoul be good in my case , what you guys think ? Thanks for ready have a good weekend !

Ok cool sorry for the noob question. I'm new to modifying these cars. Your hp is where I want to be with mine. Good luck with it!

yep we think the same with Markski and it's a mustang dyno , on the dyno jet with current soft it will do 560 or so .
I was thinking the exact same thing. I'm about to do the 18G upgrade and am hoping to get much closer to 600 than that!
Consider that as a base tune . And mustang dyno.
In my case just by changing plugs and coil packs I added 70 whp which is a lot ! What I'm saying is that car can be pushed harder , and to do it I need new clutch I can't even log the car . If it was a dyno jet for example the hp reading was about 560-570 hp , now another point it's conditions , outside temp , humidity , those pulls where made on 85 F , for example on 65F wether the reading would be 545 or so , so it's not just turbos and injectors is it makes sense ?
