Suspension Settings

I had been using 4/15 on the fronts and 11/15 on the rears. This didn’t seem to work too well. Unfortunately I only had 1 track day with this setting. Around town, I seemed to be getting a lot of anti-lock when cornering at speeds where it seemed inappropriate. Not sure if related to the soft front settings. Tonight I firmed the front up to 8/15 and left the rears at 11/15. The car felt a lot more balanced and generally tighter. Turn in seemed to be crisper. Again, not sure if imagined or reality. FYI, I’m using medium (8kg/12kg) springs and GT3 sway bars set at 2/5 on the front and 4/5 in the rear. What settings are you using on your adjustable coil-overs that seem to your well?

Good question. I need to play with my JICs some more. I'll do that and get back to you.

If I put spinners on, do I have to make an adjustment to the coil overs?

No, but you will have to make an adjustment to your head when someone from 6speedonline smacks you upside it for doing so.

Really? I thought the spinners comment might get a reply

BTW thanks for your prior comment. I look forward to your findings.

Dudes. Those little turn ***** on the ends of the coil overs. Anyone ever make any adjustments?

My front is as 5 I do believe and things seem a bit jittery in a way. Very touchy. My rear is at 8. I am going to tighten them both and see how that firms things up.

The problem is that I do not have the GT3 sway bars. That adds another variable that I can't account for.
