I recently acquired a 2001 TT, which for now is nicknamed "Conflicted".
It is Seal Gray with a Terracotta full leather interior and burl wood trim, PCM1, Tip, etc. The option sticker is 7 lines long. It also has GT3 Recaros in matching leather w/ crest, a roll bar and Schroth 5 point harnesses . Sort of like an aristocratic cage fighter.

I am interested in the contacting the previous owner and/or the shop(s) that did the service work and mods. I was told the car had 1 previous owner from the West Palm Beach area. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

Another clue: It had a factory bra installed previously.

 

I could also use some help in decoding the option sticker.

I may be wrong but I don't think Terracotta was introduced until the 997 series in '05. If your car is an '01 your interior is most likely "Boxster Red".

I stand corrected, leather color per the build sheet is Boxster Red. Is the 997 Terracotta a bit more brown than Boxster Red?

The build sheet says option code "MC - Boxster Red Special Leather" @ $0. I seriously doubt the leather package was free, so what gives? There are several items that are leather wrapped: AC vent slats & levers, key switch surround, side view mirror control switches, steering column cover, dash speaker grills, round dash air vent on passenger side, etc. Are all of these part of the "Special Leather Package"?
