I hate to highjack this gorgeous thread, but in my 2 weeks of 996tt ownership, I was:
- called "it must be nice, assohole!"
- asked "I bet you lawyers don't even know how to drive this thing"
- told "I don't care how much money you got, my man is in the White House!"
Plus every low life in a beat up Ford Ranger wants to race me, or at least cut me off.
This is rather odd, because my car is 13 years old and costs same as new Accord.

The genuine kit is polyurethane. The replicas are fiberglass.
