Yet another Europipe Question

The State of California has now started enforcing it's visual emission inspection rules for exhaust systems. Even if your car passes the sniff test you will be failed on the visual test if anything has be changed. My current exhaust system is an obviously visual failure. I've noticed the Europipe looks like the stock exhaust. My question is, does the Europipe have any marking on the underside that would clearly identify it as after market. If so, is this just a engraved plate that could be easily removed or are the marking embedded into the metal work?

tooth dr is infamous around these parts
If i recall its a very discreet laser etching with a serial number...difficult to spot unless you are looking for it...and yes it looks very much like an OEM muffler.
