Trying to decide on the best mounts and where to buy those along with upgraded 997 mount for tiptronic. My engine is pulled currently so a good time to replace. Any advice is great.

simple search online gives to places like ecs tuning- pelicanparts etc etc. they're all about the same price at these discount places for both wevos and the 997 oem t-mount

for primarily street driving and occasional madness, i would suggest the wevo semi-solids along with the 997 t mount. the car will be transformed favorably.

add: don't know if tmounts different for a tip.. sorry...

 

Street driving? The function first mounts will save you some money, and you can return your oem mounts for a core refund.

 

20$ window weld fr the tranny mount and ecs or pelican for the engine mounts. i have the torque solutions and like them a lot

 

Haven't heard about those, I'll have to do some research - looks like a good possible alternative and save me about $240

 

For a street car, get the factory 964RS mounts from Sunset. A snap to put in. No weird vibration tripping the ping sensors. Same for the tranny mount. get the 997tt mount. Yes the after market ones are stiffer but you do pay for it in noise transmission.

 

Going to give the Function first mounts a try (I don't track the car and they are about half the cost of factory mounts) - not going to be out much if they don't work out. Will get a 997 mount for the transmission.

 

Don't discount the RSS mounts either. High quality stuff!
