New Exhaust buts feels like less performance

So I finally got around to having the exhaust I purchased last year mounted, New Exhaust thread
It had gutted cats so Yurii at polar porsche installed mini cats on the second O2s to avoid any CELs that normally come from running no cats. They are kinda like the generic O2 extenders but with some of the cat material wafers inside before secondary O2s.

Its been over a month now and I've gotten CELs but not associated with the the rear O2s, instead I'm getting P0132 and P0152 which is high voltage readings from the first sensors, I doubt that both could have went bad at the same time. I cleared it once and within 100 miles its come back. I believe high O2 voltage means very rich conditions on the front widebands. I'm wondering if I the mini-cats are not passing enough emissions to the secondary and causing the car to run too rich. I'm going to try swapping to simple O2 extenders on the second O2s and see if that changes anything.
I plugged in an OBD2 reader and LTFT are at about +7 and +9% but I can see the car is running rich. I'm going to try to log the O2 readings and both the ST and LT fuel trims.

As for drivability, I can definitely feel the turbos are spooling faster, there is a deeper drone upto about 3k rpm, I can also hear a little turbo whine coming from the exhaust and I get a few little backfire pops occasionally,
However I've kinda lost the kick in the pants feeling I got when I used to put the hammer down. Previously giving it part throttle was very linear but when I went WOT I always got that big push back in the seat (which was the reason I bought the car, LOL).
I'm thinking being too rich has caused me to loose some ponies.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?
Do I need to get a tune just for installing a new exhaust let alone a catless exhaust. I'm sure it would help performance overall but didn't think it was required for simple bolt-on mods.

I would appreciate any feedback, thanks in advance....

A tune will take that car to another level.
You have a lot going on there in your thread.
Keep it simple so we can understand what's happening. In my opinion, a simple data log would tell us if your pre o2s are working and as far as the post o2s, I would code it out so you can not worry about cel.
Often , shops damage the wiring on the o2s when swapping exhausts too by turning them rope like because it's easier to swap exhausts. That usually breaks the wires inside.

Secondary O2 sensors are for emissions and nothing else. They should not affect the way the car runs. You should not need to get a tune for installing an exhaust.

My guess is the wiring somehow got messed up on the pre-cat O2s during instal

Thanks Marksi, in summary I just wanted to know if anyone else had a similar experience especially with these two codes. The only other thread didn't have a result or update.
I plan on getting a tune eventually but didn't want to reflash after each installed component.
I read somewhere where someone said stock k16 turbos don't benefit from straight pipes or catless exhaust, any truth to this?

Are you sure, according to this thread (post 15) they do affect fuel trims.
