PSM minus throttle shutdown - How hard?

Hi all.
I was going to pm Chad, but then I thought more folks than
I would like to see the answer, and maybe other define-the-
envelope Porsche guys know too...
What would be the minumum necessary changes to a 996tt
to retain PSM but without it's being able to shut the throttle
down?
