I'm currently soliciting pictures of Turbo/Turbo cab with ANY brand of black rims w/wo chrome lips in 18 inch size. i checked the rims section and there isn't anything after many pages. TIA

Darren, I agree...if you get black rims, better off with 19's..here's ,my old one.....

 

D, I agree and disagree. If you have the lip as silver or anything other than black it does tend to make them look smaller but I'm willing to bet it would look good black anodized or painted lip. The CGT silver is really just a better color on an otherwise bland rim. You know our Billy-boy can't resist the mod bug so why fight city hall? I told him if he wants to do something he will definately get more bang for the buck with stock-sized rims rather than a wing. I think painting the stock rim a gloss black as shown in somebody's picture earlier is not too bad and easy.

 

Jimmy - I think Black techart's in 19 may be his best option since we all live in NYC they may hold up best - But no shot of doing any winter driving on 19's....I don't care what anyone is telling him about tires....

Rave TT has the techarts and he bent those in NY so whose to say?

 

That's why you get the Kinesis K58R.... 18 inch wheel that uses 19 inch centers (b/c of the reverse lip) from the K59 wheel.

I've had so many people ask me if they were 19s.
