911tuning runs 9.66 sec. 1/4 mile (video)
Daaaaamm Mark, that's really moving!
I've been hearing about your car in it's various stages of development for at least five or six years now. I was starting to think the chances of ever seeing your Porsche out on the road, in it's natural habitat, were about as good as spotting bigfoot. I'm really happy it's all finally coming together for you Mark. You deserve it.
Congratulations!!

Nice pass what tires are you on?
I need to find them but I went a few 124's 1/8 before
I am heading back to the track for FL2k so hoping for that bottom 9 sec pass on the street DR's

MT drag radials on 17" rim.
Go with a Hoosier DR. Its lighter than the MT and hooks better. Nowhere as street friendly though but that doesn't matter here.
Yep got those too and 2 other sets lol problem is getting a run inn to see what works best... lol

Wow,
9.66 s at 147 mph and at 90 F temp is really fast. Congratulations
I'm not into 1/4 mile racing but when I look at the list that is published here, you lead a pack of 997 with a 996TT and the next 996TT thereafter is you again *lol*
Well done.

You guys are going to make me do something crazy to my car...LOL
Great Job!!!
Agreed, the Hoosiers will hook better. They may let you run again if you just go through 1st and 2nd to get your launch. The rest after that is the easier part. But since you are getting a cage, its a mute point.
