911tuning runs 9.66 sec. 1/4 mile (video)
hey Guys,
after a handful of years working on my car, we had a last minute call that the track is open.... had one full pass only to be escorted out due to NHRA rules but we did manage to run a 9.66 sec at 147 mph even though car was all over the track. Its been trapping in the mid 150s but had a small misfire up on top as well which we already took care of. Getting an 8 point cage along with a parachute installed as we speak. Going back out for a low 9 within a month. This time Ill have a real camera crew and Ill rent the track. Car is doing 3.8 sec 60 to 130s as well... need some go pros and ill be updating that too soon.
Aside from a 996GT2, I believe that's the fastest 996tt 1/4 mile to date.... not to mention the 122 mph in the 1/8th I think is an over all 996TT world record... more to come and thanks in advance for all the comments .

Congrats Marek! That's hauling the mail. Don't put a chute on. Just rent the strip. Or come down to Houston in November and run with us at the Royal Purple. There's still a spot available........
Btw temps were in the mid 90s.
