personally, i think the detractors are being unduly harsh. there is a distinct pecking order in the pcar world and 991t guys wouldn't give us the time off their chrono to us lol. 997t's disdain the 996 room etc etc....

i think the guy made himself a nice looking 911 and at the end of the day, there's only a few people on the street that would even KNOW let alone care!

i removed my S badge on my first car once i realized that guys at the shop were actually laughing at my insolence for having put it on! LOL. but again, it sure looked fkn grand! that silver S next to that turbo script! anyone seen it knows thats true. i just figured hey! in europe my x50 WAS/IS an "S" car! ha. that lasted me a minute.
