I am in the process of re-painting my 2003 Porsche 911 turbo and the car is getting stripped down to the bone.. I recently purchased the Techart gt-street kit and didn't like the idea of having to blend half the car to get the paint to match.. so i decided to repaint the whole car...

The car has the factory "SPEED YELLOW" and i find it to be dull looking.. so i am change it to Lamborghini's "Giallo Orion" , its a 5 stage pearl yellow...

anyways all the stickers inside my door jabs are going to be removed.. I called the dealership today and they quoted me
>$250 for the sticker underneath the driver door,
>$8.50 for the stickers on the chassis driver and passenger side.
>$250 for the sticker that indicates all the options of the 996 (that is on the inside of the hood)

I hope there is another source where i can get these stickers other than the dealership..

I guess that depends on whether you want OEM stickers... You could take good quality pictures of the existing decals and have a sign shop print them up for less than $100. On resale, anyone checking out the VIN can easily verify that everything is as listed on your new stickers.

 

Try a search here and on Rennlist - there was a guy who had a method for reprinting the stickers and they were exact matches for the OEM ones.
