Could this be used to get fuel from the bottoms of the horseshoe looking tank without some of the crazy piping? Could this do away with the lift pumps or would that be too much vertical? Not real certain how the TT tanks work and darn sure not going to risk a peek for fear of hurting a brittle hose :-(
I don't know anything about this product, but wouldn't there be a high potential for it to get clogged overtime

ideally it would, and yes it would be worth it to check it every few years or replace it but if the flow of these is sufficient for medium HP cars i can see a big benefit.
or retro fitting carb cars to EFI
The stock Turbo fuel system is quite capable of getting all the fuel out of the tank. I've added 15.6 gallons of fuel to my Turbo's tank. Before hand there was no signs of fuel starvation. 'course, I wasn't on the track.
The other day I drove the Turbo to the point the miles left display turned to dashes. I was in a hurry to get someplace before it closed for the weekend. However, when the display went to dashes I stopped for gas. I had covered 331.4 miles at an average speed of 72mph and with 22.8mpg. Surprisingly the tank only required 14.9 gallons of fuel. The tank is IIRC 16.6 gallons. (63 liters with a reserve of 12 liters.)
we are very excited about this product in our workshop. we road race a large variety of cars and it is possible to get fuel starvation at as much as 2/3rds of a tank with certain cars. It forces you to carry a heavy fuel load for a sprint race. It also alleviates the issue of certain racing classes only allowing one fuel tank, IE no surge tanks allowed. This may prevent the need to install a costly fuel cell and the fabrication that goes along with it. And even if you choose to use a fuel cell, this product is designed to work with them too.
