Kline 3 Xpipe exhaust and tune by Sambo completed

I finally got around to installing my exhaust yesterday and what a pain getting the stocker off. I have swapped multiple exhausts before but this was tight and a pain.

I wanted to thank Sambo for working with me and he was great to deal with. We had a bit of a delay in the shipping of the exhaust and the original tune was lost in the mail but it came together. The exhaust showed up just before I got my kids from IL so it sat until yesterday and I had to finally tackle the job even though my kids are still here.

I will still have to hit up Sam for a couple questions, but thought I would post here as well. With the 3" Xpipe with 100 cel cats I couldn't get the turbo heat shields back on. They just didn't seem to want to fit with the larger diameter and angle of the O2 sensor plugs. Anyone else have this issue and do I need them back on the car? Also I was hitting just .9 bar before the exhaust and only took it for a quick run last night but cannot seem to hit the 1.0 on a regular basis. First hitting the throttle I hit 1.3 but after that it was .9 to 1.0. I will test more today once the kids leave and give a better update. I would think it should be hitting 1.1 consistently.

I am pleased and have just a bit of fine tuning to do (make sure the tips are aligned, making sure the O2 wires are securely tucked and hoping to resolve the boost issue if there is one). Such a change in exhaust tone taking the OEM exhaust off and I am sure the next purchase will be diverter valves to replace the OEM ones.

Thanks again Sam she runs like a beast now. Got the exhaust straps on and everything fine tuned and lined up. Thanks for letting me know on the exhaust tips! Had them on the incorrect sides I was just happy to have the exhaust on apparently!
