Painting underbody trim?

I know some have electerd to paint their front chin spoiler the color of the car but what about the black trim that runs along the bottom of the car along the sides and behind the rear wheels?

Any pics?

I had mine painted with chip guard mixed in the paint...it made a huge difference in regards to stone chips

PCJR,
That looks nice, I was thinking about getting mine done this winter when she is hibernating and now thanks to that pic I will be doing it for sure.

Vipertestarossa, that yellow all around looks menacing.

I did mine on all 4 sides right after I got the car. Never regretted it for a moment. I think it makes the car look so much better. Couldnt stand the 2 tone look of the factory finish.

From what I hear, if the black plastic/rubber trim has ever been treated with detail products like Black Again or similar, paint will not stick.

Also, the front lip stands a *high* probability of getting hit, so keep that in mind if it's painted.

Markski, sharp looking car. By the looks of the neighborhood I would have to say looks like Norridge or vicinity.

It's remarkable how well the car's look with no black on spoiler, rockers, etc.
If that is true about the chin spoiler I am probably going to get a new one and have it repainted. I try so damn hard to not scrape that spoiler but around chicago it;s hard. Oh well I will have to try harder after its painted now wont I.
