It's been a life long dream of mine to buy a Porsche. On Monday January 26th, 2015 i finally pulled the trigger. It's just a 2002 Porsche 911 turbo. Silver with black interior and 66K miles on the clock. I had owned faster and more fun car than this one, but for some reasons I just can't stop smiling.

As soon as the weather clear up I'll clean her up and snap some pictures. I've also name her the "Peetle" (it's an inside joke with friends).

I hope I can learn more and appreciate the car more. I don't think I'll go crazy with this one, may be just a tune, intake and exhaust.

 

I said the same thing... Not that I've gone too crazy, but have taken it further than intended and plan for more.

These cars also get immensely more fun with those mods and a good set of coilovers.

I initially wanted a tune and exhaust but there are so many great mods to do.
Eventually I caved in like many on this forum and have no regrets.

Congrats from another new 996TT owner.

I've owned the car about 6 weeks...first mods were Kline exhaust and tune (thanks Sam) and a GT3 shifter. Could be wrong, but I don't think there's much upside or bang for the buck with regards to intake mods, and I have no plans to change out the stock airbox.

Now where are your PICS!???!

I'm still trying to familiar with the site. Can one of you fine gentlemen point me to the right direction for changing out all the fluids (engine, coolant, tranny, transfer, brake,...)?
