Antenna booster

Can someone help me with understanding the antenna booster(s) in my 2004 911tt? My radio has a nav unit it that is not recieving radio stations, and Porsche gave me a part number for a single booster that goes in the driver side A-piller for my VIN number, but I understand that the nav-unit radios take another booster. I bought one on ebay that is supposed to go with my car. Part number 996.667.124.00, which is a more "spuarish" rectangular black box, as compared to the one I'm use to seeing in my 2002 C2, which is white and more elongated and is located in the A-pillar.
  1. Is this the only booster in the car (some say this has two)?
  2. Where is this/are these located?

I am unaware of any boosters...there is however a TSB for weak radio signal...
You can check the amplifier using PIWIS (TSB 10/04, 9184).

According to the TSB almost all returned amplifiers were working as designed...
