Can anyone point to a 12 volt switched wire under the front hood/bonnet?

Thanks in advance,

I'm not sure Steve what you are looking for but if you are looking for a source of power I have used the power going to the windshield washer nozzle. Easy to found easy to splice….

Thanks,

There is a nice big rubber grommet on the firewall on the driver's side of the battery (and a little lower). It's very easy to pass wires through from inside the car to outside. Depending on the amperage you are looking for, there is usually an 4-conductor plug just sitting behind the dash. That plug is for the missing car phone that was an option for the 996. That plug has switched power ready to go.
