Hey guys, i'll be doing a full service on my '03 tip soon, thought I'd install a pair of the blue top solenoids. I love crisp, hard shifts.

Does anyone know where I can source them? I know it's a long shot, but can they be had used anywhere?

oedicountparts.com is your best bet. its a mercedes trans so the m/b dealer can order them. oe is a dealer in n.c. that has the best prices. watch the downshifts with blue top they can be harsh

 

+1, have heard the blue-tops create VERY harsh downshifts from a SRT8 buddy

As for the downshifts, I heard that as well, which is why I'd prefer to pick up a used pair... It'll hurt the pocket less if I decide to pull them out!

 

go to mbworld and search around there. that would be the best place to find them used.
