Just mounted my PSS 305/30/19s. I used to run 315/25/19 PS2s. The PSS are wider and the sidewalks look so much better on my wheels. Name: image-3989002484.jpg

Is that the 305 on the left and 315 on the right? Wow... what a difference! I hear PSS are a better tire. Guy I know has a R8 V10 and said that the PSS are cheaper and last longer than the PS2.

Look good. What size fronts match these rears for AWD ? I believe you need to run a correct ratio between fronts and back on awd.

I can't believe how much wider the 305s look over the 315s. Is it the section width of the tire that makes such a difference? Got any pics of the rear of the car that would show how wide they look? Is it noticeable to your eye?

Nice! No rubbing whatsoever? Would you happen to have a profile shot of the car with the new tires on? Wondering how 'beefy' the tires look.

I'm lost, I admit it. This is just a perspective thing from the camera angle, right? Otherwise, how can the 305s look so much wider than the 315s?

Dude can you send me a picture of your ride height?

I'm running 19x12 on the same 305/30/19 PSS as well and I just got the car back today from my coilover install. They put the car at GT2 ride height and alignment and the car is barely driveable it rubs so much. Rubs like crazy on compression on the inner and is also rubbing on the outside.

And this is after I did GT2 fender liner brackets to get more clearance and rolled the fenders.

My 315s did that. Went to 305 and was perfect. What's your camber and toe?

Doesn't make sense to me how a 305 could be that much wider than a 315 tire?

Agree the tire width comparison does seem off/odd?

I have the same tires on my car and love them.

A couple things make the comparison picture look deceiving.
1) The 315 is completely worn on the inside edge which makes the tread look like it start farther in.
2) MPSS's have a super meaty rim protector which makes the entire tire wider compared to others. If laid on the side the tread part will be offset compared to other tires.
