Track Liability Insurance

Has anyone ever used Anthony & Company Anthonycompany.com for track liability insurance?

Do you know of anyone who was involved as a defendant in a track incident law suit and had coverage using this company?

If so, were they properly defended?

Thanks for your input.

I have never heard of anyone being involved in a suit regarding a track incident and between racing and DEs I do 20-30 days per year. Does this happen? Track day insurance only covers your car from what I know.

I can't find any history yet for anyone being sued for negligence, etc in a track incident but it doesn't mean it hasn't happened. You are correct. Track insurance only covers damage to your vehicle. No liability ins. included. I've written to a company I run with a lot and asked about them ever having to defend someone with an injury due to negligence but haven't heard back from them. Don't know if I can believe what they say if I do.
