It looks like entire front of radiator is wet, back on the bottom is wet and dripping, Where did you order yours? if you ever replaced one, OEM or aftermarket? . Easy to replace? Looks like its just few bolts and it slides out.
I'm thinking to buy from pelican-parts.

pelicans great. i get most stuff from them price and local etc.
but last time i had a leaking rad i went to our local porsche junkyard ( I'm near lapd ) and found a clean used one for 75 bucks and put it on in my driveway in a half hour, added coolant with my usual perfectly balanced lol 50/50 mix it's been fine for 3.5 years now.
it might've even been from a dead boxter LOL. cant recall if they share that part, though we need three
just make sure your clips are good!!!

You should get a CSF all-aluminum rad so this doesn't happen again.. I'm not saying that just because I'm the owner of the company, but it's the logical thing to do if you need to replace..
If you want to go used.. I have about 10 OEM turbo radiators sitting at my warehouse.. I just have to find out where they are..

madwhip i am 99% certain the generics they sell ( pelican ) are oem quality and less expensive if blue dream doesn't send you one. check before you click ! i think its a "free shipping" owing to cost too.
I have the first set of production CSF rads for our application, zero regrets and would do it again in a heartbeat...better durability and better cooling at about the same price of a standard 'plastic' replacement...

Well done Mark, I'll definately keep that in mind if I need one in the near future.

i'm just wondering besides the ignition switch! how many parts are shared w vw!

gotta love vag
what is the price difference between a new set of Aluminum and Pelican?
To each his own, but i would not get a used radiator, it seems like the 996 and boxter radiators are known to leak, unless you need a quick fix to flip the car eventually better just replace with new whether pelican or csf.

Last I checked, CSF is same cost as OE Porsche rads
Boxster/Carrera rads do not fit Turbo/GT2's

I would hardly recommend it! and yet it's still working just fine years later.
I do have lots of perfectly good used parts when and where I can and they tend to be ones i don't have to look at, and as long as they function properly? then they satisfy the particular need lol
But "recommend"? Nah, not going that far in my endorsement of *used* parts.

I often confuse 986/996 parts compatibility in 2am posts lol if ya know what I mean...
BTW.. Those CSF look great on yours. I'm sure I would do the same if more than one were needed.
Edit: Jim I apologize! Please! Do NOT attempt a retrofit of a 986 rad onto your car. Stick with door lock mechanisms and frunk poppers lol
edit: man was THAT an embrassment! forgive me my misinformational sin lol. I know what I was drinkin"!
but what was I THINKIN"?!

We do sell CSF radiators as we are a supplier of theirs. I also must stand by their quality. Really good product. You can view the pricing here for the 996TT. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!
