Also I cannot re-register, as it says I'm already registered. This seems like a dead end.

How do I "reset" with my registered name, which is Bill Oxley, or how do I re-register with a new name. It won't let me go either way.

I was looking for an "admin" to email, but couldn't find that either.

Help please.
