i pay 100 for alignment to "my" specs, but i'm not using "string" and bags of potato's in the drivers seat lol. 360?! psych!
dont think you'll need the locking plates for a primarily driven street car but there is no end to the number of parts we dont need, yet buy
the toe links will sort the sag and uneven inner tire wear that are endemic on lowered cars. that is all you need. a $100 PROPERLY aligned car and some toe links. again, torque solutions have them for 377 shipped. i think they are from ams? but can be found on amazon.

Yeah, cost to align sounds high to me too! Need them to mount new tires while they're at it and the toe links too which I've ordered. I think there's another quality shop around too I may be able to get hold of so I'll check prices there too. Finding an experienced shop that's reasonable in NOVA could prove a little hard. For now I'm holding off on the monoball retrofit and the thrust pieces.
..a last word of advice? they will have only the 96t or gt2 specs in their alignment machines if you're going to a regular place. but as long as they are competent, and you know what adjustments to say a std gt2 setup or even the x73 numbers are? ( and in their computer ) then you'll be fine for a dual duty car at a normal alignment shop. again, assuming the know wtf they are doing ( and ) you bring your own set of tweaks you'd like to have ( +/- toe in etc ).
but you're a solid car guy. you'll sort it. the adjustable toe links will help a LOT.

Thats ur mounts buddy semi solid mounts will sort u out
I have just done a complete rebuild on mine.
2 new top mounts front
2 new top mount bearings
2 new front dampers
2 rebuild rear dampers+ new bushes
4 new coffin arms
2 link rods
2 steering rack rods and joints
Rear top mounts anf coil springs were fine everything else was out of order !!
I did fit a rear GT3 bar also.
Car is absolutely fanulous to drive now.
Mine is 82000 miles.
From experience any sport car reaching 10 years/ 50000 kiles has suspension starting to be tired.
I wanted to go for PSS10 first but I am pleased with the result.

absolutely, and agree. amazing what a simple refresh and few add on components will do for a dual duty car.
With brand new parts the set up is stiff actually. It will be a bit soft on track I agree but for my usual track such as Nurburgring or Spa it will be fine. At the end of the day majority of miles I do are on the road and they are not great over here !
Hey Tim,
Can you believe I am still waiting for them
!!! The ETA has more than doubled, they're somewhere out in the middle of the ocean probably on a leaky boat
I am starting to wonder if they'll ever arrive.
My current standard ones are holding up ok but I've got the bug and really looking forward to replacing them.
If they dont arrive soon, I might have to start looking elsewhere.

Damn i thought u must of had them on by now. Shipping by sea takes ages though AU is usually the last stop after tran-shipment in Singapore to a feeder ship. Where did u purchase?
Quadrant suspension in Berwick Victoria, same place I had H&R coil overs fitted to another vehicle.

They said it missed the boat just before their summer holiday break.
