I'm backing out of my shop Saturday and watching through my mirrors. BAM! In a panic I'm looking for what I hit. Nothing in my mirrors! I open the drivers door and lean out to look behind me. The push broom . I ran over the edge of it and it rolled forward slamming the handle into my rear QP. Luckily, its German metal leaving only a slight ding but STILL! 6 years and not a scratch but hey it happens. I'm thinking dentless repair. It's right on the apex above the rear tire. I have heard they can use dry ice etc. to make those small dings pop out without having to access from underneath. If not, they may be able to access the inside of that quarter with the fender liner out but not sure. Ruined my Saturday so beware of the push broom!!!!

 

DAMN! Sucks.... hopefully paintless dent removal can get you sorted. Double check that garage floor when exiting with a vehicle!

 

They will fix you up no problem, make sure you call dealer or high end detail shop for referral= there are some fly by night guys out there lol.

 

Sucks, but I'll bet a dent specialist can make you right as long as he can get a tool behind it. Good luck, man. I feel your pain though, from a long time ago... that time I was in a hurry to get to the beach so rather than stow my targa roof on my Supra, I just laid it on the other side of my garage floor. Came home hours later, my ol' lady had parked in my spot, so I just rolled on in to the other bay and cruuuuuuuuuuunch. Yup. I did that.

Thanks guys! I actually had the broom propped up beside the shop door I was backing out of. I was backing out at an angle and it only took an inch or so of tire over the bristle base to catapult it!! Crazy!!

 

Oh man that sucks brockster, I bet a dent less guy can get it too. How about this for a bonehead head move. Saturday I took my Rolex Explorer II off, set it on the hood of the turbo while I was working on my other car, went in the house to talk to my wife. We decided we wanted some take out, I went to get it and she said "don't forget your watch its on the hood of the Porsche" I got to the restaurant and saw no watch on my wrist, dooh!! She found it in the road ran over pretty much a rake in the face

 

I put my Rolex in a bag and tossed it thinking it was trash, luckily realized it before the trash man came. Pulled up last year and didn't set my brake on my Audi= rolled into my $2000 garage door ruining it but luckily no damage to car. So we all have those stupid things happen.

 

las yr had a paintless dent guy take out 5 door and panel pings at the ranch for 250. even got one on the top of the hood everyone said couldn't be reached!

they are miraculous, when they are good.
