I think so. What was the inservice date. I would say if it's Nov '01 or later it is. If it's before that, I'd go for a little more off due to less warranty remaining.

cb44 is infamous around these parts
Scott,

In service is 2/02. Has dk. wood option (including steering wheel) :-( , but is basically new.

Trying to decide if this the one, or waiting until spring for '03's or lower '02's is worth the wait???

I would not wait for too long. I can almost guarantee you that 03's won't be any cheaper. Since the '04 production is so limited, the market has basically bottomed out already despite what you may have read elsewhere. The dealers aren't getting any new ones and the low mileage used ones are getting more money than they were a few months ago.

OTOH, if it's not really what you want, don't get it. There is no advantage to an '03 over and '02 from what I found.

Your warranty situation is awesome! I think it's a pretty darn good deal. What colors is it?

Scott,

Silver/blue - Not crazy about the wood, but actually looks pretty good with metropol blue interior. The blue interior is actually much darker than I thought and fits well with arctic silver. The wood/leather steering wheel is not my first choice, but is acceptable if this one is THE ONE.

Mmmm....hate these type of decisions.....

Good decision to have! I had SG/Met Blue on my C2 that I just traded in. I love the silver and/or seal gray combo with met blue.
Wood isn't my thing either, but that can be changed if it really bothers you.

I would be willing to bet that after a few weeks of ownership, you don't even 'see' the wood any more. It just sort of goes out of what you notice.
