This thread is officially great. This morning I drove over some of the same roads that caused my suspension to sound like a worn out old pickup last week and there was not a single rattle or unwelcome sound from the suspension. When reversing and turning the wheel sharply to park it was as smooth as butter compared to before when I could hear the front springs loading up and releasing because they weren't rotating properly.
A side effect is that the actual steering feels much better too. I had become used the the drag that the improperly assembled top end was causing and now it feels perfect again

Awesome! Glad it worked out for you. It was like nails on a chalkboard for me when I did the shakedown run and heard the popping coming from the front. Mine feels the same way now.. steering is smooth and no unwanted sounds. I got her aligned on Sunday and they were able to get her into almost perfect spec and didnt need dogbones or toe arms for it so Im happy that saved me some money there. I wouldnt want to go any lower anyway.
