I thought an update would be useful. The initial install looks to be in 2015 and I'm guessing I've done around 40,000 miles, a few 1/8 mile passes and approximately 20 autocross runs with no issue.

a back from the dead thread! nice to have our collective g50 issues in the rear view mirror lol

been so long i have forgotten all I thought I knew about g50 rebuilds. my last bearing refresh was probably 60/70k miles ago by now.

but fresh delvac goes in every 15k miles!

 

funny to read thru "old" threads and ponder how much of life has changed over the last cpl years.

but still my M96g50 remains in good health. thank you delvac - and precise 1/2 shifts lol
