I think all turbo S come with gen 2, you can see the rotors holes pattern, the uniform is gen 1, and the un-uniform is gen 2.

Yup, the gen 1 setup would be an expensive proposition. Buy 'em for only $1K and then you get to spend another $8K for replacement discs!

u are told the Gen.1 rotors have problem but think the Gen.2 are problem free? how many of those people have experience with them? i know at least 2 cases which the Gen.2 rotors have failed. the problem occurs if u track it & not properly take care of it. wrong pads, not clean the rotors, not properly cool them down etc... btw, the only difference between the two is only the rotors.

i have the PCCB & swear not to go back to another Porsche without it. for the price tag it's well worth than the full carbon interior. i don't track it & found 0 problem with it. the bite is amazing the regular brake can't even be close. i like cars that go fast & can stop faster. street use almost brake dust free is a plus. don't mislead. Gen.1 PCCB is not the problem but the problem is within the problem. funny how Ferrari can charge 15k for nearly the same brake but no one ***** about it. guess just not too many people actually drive it the way it should be driven...

I went for a "spirited"drive around some back roads over Thanksgiving weekend, and I experienced some pretty bad brake fade. I wish my car had these!

Arling -- if you get that $9.5k deal for the gen 2's again, let me know. I'll drive down and you can slap them on.
