bad tune expreince

problem not solved and not tuned yet, so go high jack another thread like a baby..
Madwhip.. Its my thread my time and my experience, I write and share what i want when i want, Til now i am not tuned in the end of this thread when i am tuned i will explain and share everything..

I had issues with the plug also before, ended up using an older laptop..
Are you running windows 10?
The only real negative about epl is you have to have internet when plugging the laptop to car.

We really don't know what is going on and why. So, while I agree it's bad, I have yet to see anything posted pointing to it being Tony's Fault.

Its been along long ride .. problems with lap tops one after another not accepting the flash cable and i won't deny their was alot of late response to me and lack of answeres which made me get crazy...
Today finally after using the 3rd laptop with tonys help and sometimes needing to personally work his way on my laptop online while i sit there and do nothing heheheheh anyhow the procedure takes 10mins max but my bad luck we had bad communication and delay and a laptop issue
After getting flashed and i have used alot of companies from 996s to 997.1s and 997.2 , the tune is by far the best ive seen for a 996 with bolts way much better than previous tune..
Tony i hope in the future you can work your way better with your customers but i understand the stress you have been in from the sale you got going in the audi forums..
Thank you all for your support, it has been a wild ride with ups and downs but its over and tonys tune is the best ive seen for a 996 not to mention the car has aleak and a bad bank 1 precat sensor, so i cant imagine how good it is after getting some issues sorted.
