KW clubsport

I have sourced a used set KW clubsport kit for 996 gt3 and as I am going for rwd with cup uprights these should be perfekt.

But i have one qustion i cant find answer on.

The colivers I have found has Shock part number 710-1006 and 710-1106

But on new shocks the part number is 712-1006 and 712-1106

Anyone who knows if there is any differnces and what it is?

IIRC, can't use Cup uprights with GT2/3 coilovers...will be too tall

If the coilovers are GT2/3 parts then yes use the GT2/3 uprights(stock 6TT rear is same)....if they are Cup coilovers then you need Cup uprights front and rear
I'd verify #'s with KW before anything..

996 Cup uprights are the same parts are the street 6GT2/3. The coil overs are different on the Cup which have shorter rear shocks along with 1370F/1484R spring rates. RS uprights are different from Cup and street GT3s..

Thanks John, think I was thinking about 7Cup front or RSR...too many variables, not enough morning coffee lol...
IIRC, 6-3RS front upright was different again from 6Cup, correct?
