Normally I would try to leave around 0.2 bar. I was up against a Gen 5 Viper and wanted to get the reaction time on him so I was able to get 0.1 before it was time to go. It still lagged a little bit before boost came in but felt strong overall.

How much boost does the tip make on launch?
The 6spd is a pain to launch, but
Tony said he was working on being able to make boost for launch, figured it would be easier on the tip.

315/30R18 Hoosier Drag Radials. Actually overkill for this car in its current state but it dead hooks anywhere in RWD. Got a good deal on them so I figured why not.

Sweet. That's plenty of tire for your power level.

Good times indeed. Your dash will for sure light up on a two wheel dyno! I'm surprised you are getting traction with the open diff even with the drag radials. My PSM engages at 70mph when I jump on it lol. My front diff is actually pretty strong and my dash lit up when I twisted that rubber coupling for the front drive shaft! You will see a lot of difference when you upgrade turbos intercoolers and fuel. I have been real tempted to convert to a six speed. My problem is, I recently took custody of grand kids, 4 ages 2-7 and I haven't even been driving the beast! Can't take her home to a garage full of bicycles I might just have to sell her My dream that I have poured countless hours and money in now seems so...unimportant....I did get to drown my sorrows by buying a new "company" truck...lol

I've surprisingly had decent results with open diff independent rear cars, on the right tire (straight line). My old 280z cut a 1.43 60ft and went 9.9@135mph with the factory open diff & suspension on a 295/45R17 Mickey Thompson DR. It was also 1000lbs lighter though

I'm sure it'd be different if this car was making 550-650whp. I'll figure it out if i'm ever burdened with that problem, lol.

Beautiful truck. 765 ft lbs of torque should get the job done! Nice trim level too.

Thanks for noticing the truck! She's making a little more than the advertised ratings...to say the least....lol I just happen to be a "torque" junkie!! My 06 GMC 2500 LBZ tow rig will hang with quite a few at full race weight of 7800 pounds..lol! Now this 2016 Silverado 3500 all set up is really starting to impress me!
