Do yourself a favor and run an 18" setup on the GT2.

Just like Justin said... been there and done it. Don't waste your time on 19s with a GT2. Not worth the hassle

What problems have you guys had? I have been running them on my GT2 for awhile and they actually perform better than the factory 18s.

19" wheels on a GT2 is like buying a 911 turbo and gutting it and converting it to RWD

19" wheels are for bling.... gt2 is not ...
thats what i think they mean...

I suppose the most obvious is that 18" rims are lighter (ya know, suspended weight and stuff). You probably have more choice of tires in 18", and the extra sidewall makes for better grip and better "cushioning" that makes the suspension work better.
FWIW, all race Porsches use 18" wheels, so I would tend to believe they are better.
