Changing the plugs and checking the gapping isn't going to hurt anything, but I highly doubt it is going to solve your problem. Do a boost leak test while you are in there.

Without knowing all of the info on the car and only going on what previous owner claims, it is hard to diagnose.

Contact Protomotive and see if they can confirm ever tuning the car/what was done.

Boost leak test kit is crucial for these cars. I found 3 when I did mine. One large and two small and that was on a stock car.

I considered taking it to a shop in Bellevue to see if they could figure out what has really been done to the car.

Will be contacting protomotive here shortly to figure out if they did the tunning for the car/what has been done.

The car was running great when i first got it but now it feels a bit slower, i did notice when i changed the ignition coils the old ones were cracked, I installed beru spark plugs from pelican parts.

Read they came pre gapped so didnt bother to check, will actually verify if they are properly gapped and check for boost leaks this weekend.

I don't think its really necessary to take it to a shop to determine what all is done, especially if you can get in touch with Protomotive and they can confirm they did the tune.

Good luck, let us know what you find out

Spoke to Todd found out they did the tunning and that the car was built by someone named Bobby.

Question - How did they monitor the AFR? Was it through a tailpipe probe or the OBD2? Im just wondering if the ECU is thinking that its receiving more air than it actually is which would account for how rich its running.

I'd ignore the dyno w/b and get a datalog on the car. If it's missing it'll read lean. Minor boost spikes on the dash gauge can be caused by lifting off the gas quickly and seeing a reading before the bypass valves vent. What exhaust is on it? Boost leak test is going to be critical IMO.

Then i replaced the spark plugs and coils specifically the ones going from the turbos to the intercooler.

.
huh?? i dont understand ?do you mean boost hoses?I would first check the plugs then do a boost leak check which is probably why the car is pig rich and you aren't getting the boost at wot the car was originally tuned for.

its most likely the plugs, meaning the gap and the plug heat range. Also if i remember correctly Protomotive uses denso plugs in their builds at a specific gap and heat range. The best thing to do would be to get a hold of Protomotive or even Markski.Usually when plugs are bad in these cars they break up right around 4200rpm Good Luck!

Easily watch the hp dip down then go back up i had that issue and had knock. Fixed it and now its smooth all the way to redline. The graph should be going up not down.

If so, do a pull (on the street) in third gear and note what the spikes/peaks at and where it stabilizes.

It may simply be a boost spike, because if you take the big spike out, it looks fairly normal. Keeping in mind that this dyno was on a Mustang dyno, which may be lower than your original numbers if measured on a Dynojet.

550whp seems pretty strong for 15.5psi.

Later, Steve
Where are you seeing 550whp? It only got to 478rwhp.

I could type a long page of the numerous things it could be but the best course of action is to simply purchase a Durametrics ( no need for the professional option ) and take a log on the street or dyno. Street is more preferable since the air flow your getting to your IC is not easily replicated correctly on the dyno. The log, with the correct channels monitored, will tell the whole story in a simple glance. I would be happy to look it over for you if you email it to me. Your usually going to feel when the spark plugs are failing as a stumble or hesitation coming onto boost. The graph does look like a timing reduction but that can be caused by a few different things. Again a log will tell you right away. PSM Turned off when logging.
If you get a Durametrics,, PM me and I can tell you what to log if your interested.
