Massive power/tq drop on Dyno, possible cause?

I am going to gap my plugs again this Friday as i did not check the gapping before installing.

I do hear slight misfires during deceleration, the plugs are brand new Bosch ones from pelican parts.

I will be checking for leaks as well I will also due some more logs tomorrow using a different program on my laptop as well as on Torque android app.

Yeah gapping plugs is big. My shop has to do mine too. I think he left them around high 20s they need to be mid 20s gap.

Tunes don't change, hardware does. Of course we've never seen the 550whp dyno chart.

Curious if OP is running the same octane fuel as the original dyno run?

I only run 92 octane.

You need to do lambda bank 1 and 2, boost pressure sensor, injector time, ignition angle, engine load and rpm.

Does anyone know how to delete a thread.

Did pulls in 3rd gear was able to hit 1.2bar of boost for a second then it dropped to 1.1 bar then 1.0bar...

pm gt3chuck the moderator. cant delete threads but he can hide it

why are you only logging to approx 5000 rpm?

His last log has a wot pull to 6700 rpm. Looks like timing is getting pulled. Boost is not consistent either. Not a lot of data points with his logging device though.

Going to check spark plug gapping and check for boost leaks today.

Finally was able to check for boost leaks fixed majority of them, was unable to fix the one that sounded like it was coming from the plenum. Checking my n75 valve today to figure out if it still works Todd told me this could be causing the advanced timing and also the boost spike.

I knew you had an issue and if its the plenum thats your main isssue. Once that is fixed you will see a huge difference.

I took a picture of my turbo/waste gate actuator not sure if they need to be replaced? Is it ok for the waste gate actuator to look like this?
