Here's my 1.2 bar tune by Markski, kept tame down low due to GT28 turbos. Stock injectors running 90% duty.

Rpm load ignition angle MAF Lambda 1 lambda 2 boost sensor boost setpoint n75 duty

Great log. You had a little pulled timing at 4400 to 4600rpm.

90% is not good one hiccup and it could be your last. When i found out i was running 108% duty cycle i put big injectors in after that.

I know it's pushing the pump and the injectors capacity, that's why I also have a 0.8 bar tune that I'm currently using until I get bigger injectors. I think a 1bar tune would be perfect for me in terms of reliability and drivability.

If you want to do a 1bar tune just add a 5bar. I dont reccomend it but if you dont want to go any further then a 5bar is ok. 200.00 include install for 5bar or 850.00 or more for injectors include install.

I have a 5 bar that was in the car when I bought it, pretty sure thats what's helping keep my duty cycle below 100%. I know it's not ideal. Are injectors fairly easy to install with the motor in?

No there not easy to do and take longer with the engine in. Having the motor out is the way you should do it or drop the engine down a little.

Motor out won't be happening any time soon (knock on wood) it was out last year for a new oem clutch, before I new anything about injectors or clutches.
So, stock clutch, stock injectors, and stock rods are keeping me from letting these GT2860s loose.
Maybe in a few years.

Injectors with motor in is doable. I did mine but it is a huge pain in the ars!

Yup and alot can go wrong including the injectors not going in straight and the o ring starts leaking = fire.

I was reading your conversation about timing on another thread and went back and looked at my log and noticed I had cropped out the very end of my log at 7000 rpm. Lots of advanced timing at that point. Is it to compensate for how fast the pistons are moving?

You can see from 6300rpm and on your timing is going crazy lol. Look at your boost it starts to drop alot too when timing is being advanced so much. It means its pulling timing.

It looks great before 6300rpm then timing goes way up not sure why. Im not an expert but i do so many logs i get used to it.

Have you logged as high as 7000 rpm and your timing stays below 16 on 93 oct?

Lots of things are starting to drop off at that point too, engine load, air flow, boost. Maybe the timing is advancing to try and keep the power up.
