the dealership's owner is blaming a mechanic for the mistake, ?? what happened

yeah well the owner of that dealership should point the finger back at himself....there should be a curb or guardrail on the waters edge of that parking lot.He put his employees and customers in a position to fail.My 2 cents.

 

Mmmmm, it's in Amsterdam. If you do not know what to do with cars around canals, you def should not be in Amsterdam. Then again, the mechanic could sue the Porsche dealership for duress. I mean just think of the shock the poor guy probably had.

The GT3 Rs was at the dealership to have the calipers painted to match the car. The mechanic that moved the car didn't know the calipers were off the car, this unable to stop the vehicle.

 

If this is the case, why the F*CK were the wheels/tires back on the car if the job wasn't complete?!? To move the car around? Doesn't make sense, without brakes it shouldn't have been back on the ground, simply not safe and a recipe for disaster. Clearly.

 

I'm not sure why the wheels were put back on; one can only speculate. The car had recently returned from being wrapped in the "gulf livery" when the calipers were removed to be painted orange.
According to some sources, there was a note on the car say "do not drive", which went ignored.

I read somewhere that the graphics were being put on the car.
