Still waiting on some parts, the car has just been sitting on the lift while I think this over, I am still on the fence of either running both -6 line to the back of the rails and running dual -6 filters, or splitting them into one -8 to the filter them splitting them once again to two -6's to the rails. Both routes are easy enough to establish, still trying to understand which is "best".

In the event i go the -8 route whats your thought on splitting the -6's right into the fuel filter with out running a section of -8 before i split them?

i have a check valve in the tank on one pump already, Do you think another check valve on the other pump/hose in tank would make sense or should i run them some where else?

i am not understanding why you want to run an8 in the middle of the system when everything else is an6? it wont aid flow and just adds more adapters that arent needed. an6 all the way thru and run a 1 way check valve at they just before the rails. run to both rails, crossover to the fpr then out and back to the drivers rail. from the bottom of the fpr run the return line to the tank

Because he is running two -6an lines out of the tank from each pump. Connecting these to a single -6an will drastically reduce the flow.

I honestly think it's simpler to run them into a single 8an thru a single filter then split to each rail. This ensures each rail gets the same amount of fuel. For example what if one of the fuel filters got blocked if you run too.

ok i was thinking he running each side alone. i agree with an8 setup you spoke of its much simpler but he has 2 outlets so i was thinking that was what he wanted.

for mine its all an8 to a y then back to the tank with 2 inline weldon filters and a s check valve on each side before the rails to keep fuel in the system and prevent gravity return

Thats my confusion, I was told to run it like this, and the parts i got are for this setup (dual to single -8)

I think that's what SRM sends with their fuel system so that's what he's working with. 2 6an out of the tank to single 8an/filter/line then back down to dual 6an to the rails.
