What can I expect from the GT700?

I'm takimg my Stage IV to Todd at EVOMS tomorrow to get the GT700 upgrade. Have any of you guys taken your GT700 to the strip? What kind of improvements in times can I expect?

I currently run mid to low 11's in my Stage IV, with 1.8 60' times.

THANKS!!!!

You can expect to do internals

No really, it should be a beast. I hear the GT700 turbos spool a little faster than the K24s

internals not required with the GT700

I can tell you one thing your car will put a giant smile on your face every time you mash the throttle

at the shoot out... the gt700 ran 11.3 sec.... if Im not mistaken. the gt 800 ran 11.1.
all things considered... on that day those cars ran those times.
ur mph will be higher.

A GT700 with the right launch and conditions should easily run high 10's.

Ask Todd to give you a ride in the RED BEAST it should be there.

I saw it there today, when I was there...(0260in3)

You're gonna surprise a lot of people on Woodward in that thing.

Whereabout in Mich are you from? I grew up on 7 & Woodward (Detroit Golf Club).

I also agree and always found it so hard to believe how these monsterous 996tt's could be breaking 10's with ease GT700 and up.. But they arent drag cars despite even having AWD too!

Anyway your a lucky man, had the 996tt for a week and i want to mod it already for monsterous power, there is really something wrong with me

I dont disagree.... but it hasnt really done it.... not at the shoot out at least. If one looks for Perfect conditions, as the shoot outs were not... well then maybe..... If I recall the gt 700 ran low 11s in vegas at the shootout. again, take that car and run it at 50 degree temps... thats another story.
should of - could of...... doesnt equal to "it did".
not trying to **** anyone off... but thats my humble opinion.
