Under front lip sacrificial layer ideas?
I have the Ruf RTurbo front spoiler, which has an integrated lower lip, which is really cool, but it's also really low and gets the occasional scuff. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on some sort of sturdy sacrificial layer I could put down there (thinking some sort of skid tape or other heavy duty tape, which will hold up to occasional scratches but could be removed if necessary). Clear bra won't be thick/sturdy enough. Just thought I'd throw it out there to see if anyone has any ideas?
Wouldn't worry about it.
That is I would take care entering/exiting driveways and pulling into parking spaces with curb stone or a sidewalk curb to avoid running the nose of the car into the curb but the underside will get a bit scraped up and this I wouldn't worry about. You just want to avoid damaging the items enough that they have to be replaced.

I know the feeling, or need. I'm lucky, I have the OE type lip that takes a beating and can be replaced every couple of years in an hour and for $80 for a Chinese good quality copy.
I'd go to a plastics supplier and get some teflon at least 1/4" thick strips in whatever width, maybe 3/4" to 2" or ? and cut to length as needed to cover the underside of the lip. Glue them on with silicone glue/sealer and they will help glide the lip over obtrusions while being sacrificial. When they get thin, replace as needed. Several strips cut to various lengths may be needed to accommodate the curves.
Finally, this will make your lip even slightly closer to the ground. It it becomes too low, crank up your suspension equally at both ends for more clearance.

Use 1/8" UHMW sheet stock, very tough. I do something similar with the ebay turbo aero lip. I make a 2" splitter from ABS, it might improve aero a bit but it definitely makes it more durable and last longer. Attachment 453968
sort of what I was trying to describe
This is also a common issue in Lotus land, I'm planning on trying something similar to this:
