Muffler Bypass dB

I'm taking my 2002 Turbo to SCCA Solo Nationals this Sept. In order to comply with Street class rules of retaining the factory cats in the factory position, I want to hack the muffler away from the OEM cats on a stock exhaust system then straight pipe it out the back from there. Basically a muffler bypass like the below using stock cats.

Is there a reasonable expectation that this could pass sound at SCCA Solo Nationals? The sound restriction is measured 50ft away perpendicular to travel under full load...dBA must be under 100.

If anyone has some experience they might share, it would be appreciated.
